For candidates
Is Sangam free for candidates?
Yes — completely free, always. Candidates never pay to create a profile, get matched, or be placed.
What happens after I apply to a role?
Trident reviews the fit and mediates. We may reach out for a short screening conversation, then introduce you to the company only when there is genuine mutual interest — so you are never spammed out to employers.
Who can see my personal details?
Recruiters see an anonymized profile — your skills, experience band, and fit — but not your name, phone, email, or current employer. Your contact details are shared only after both sides express interest and you consent.
What is the AI screening call?
A friendly automated phone call (in natural Indian English) that checks your interest in a role and details like notice period and expected CTC. It saves everyone time before a human interview. You can decline at any point.
How does matching work?
Three signals combined: semantic similarity between your profile and the role, field-level criteria (skills, years, education, location), and an LLM that reads both and scores the fit — so results reflect real suitability, not keyword tricks.
Can I update my profile later?
Yes. You can come back any time to add or edit details — the more complete your profile, the better the roles we can surface for you.
For companies & recruiters
How do I post a role?
Register as a recruiter (accounts are approved by Trident before first sign-in), then describe the job. We match it against our talent pool and give you a shortlist of pre-screened candidates.
What do I see about candidates?
Anonymized, AI-screened matches — skills, experience band, and fit indicators — for your own roles only. Names and contact details are revealed through Trident once there is mutual interest.
What does it cost?
You pay on results: one months fee on a successful hire, with a free replacement window if it does not work out. No upfront cost to post roles or review matches.
How are candidates screened before I see them?
Beyond the matching engine, our AI voice agent can gauge a candidates interest and key details, and Trident coordinates the process end to end — so your shortlist is warm, not cold.

How is my data handled?
Candidate contact details are never exposed to recruiters until there is mutual interest and consent. Trident mediates every introduction. We use your information only to match and place you.
